About The Enact Program

At The Mended Hearts, Inc. and WomenHeart we recognize the barriers surrounding clinical trials. That’s why we collaborated to create The ENACT Program. ENACT stands for empower, navigate, and activate, our three main goals for patients going through the clinical trial process.

ENACT aims to increase awareness of and overall participation in clinical trials to improve research quality and increase innovation for treatment of patients with HCM. Clinical trials lead to new medicines, devices and treatments for chronic diseases, yet recruitment and retention for clinical trials remain difficult.

We hope the program alongside our educational resources and patient testimonials will shine a light on the clinical trial process and provide transparency that encourages more individuals to participate.

A special thank you to the sponsor of this program
